I was tasked with planning the honeymoon and it was something I could absolutely not have done without Coleen. Her professionalism, friendliness, service, knowledge and experience were a 10/10. Starting with her questionnaire which allowed us to really detail the honeymoon we wanted, she ran with it from there and provided what will likely be the best trip of our lives. Her recommendations for hotel/accommodations, restaurants, excursions, transportation and local vendors were spot on. She also kept us up to date throughout the planning process if there were flight adjustments, changes to the itinerary, etc. Just prior to leaving we were provided a full itinerary PDF and via the app she uses which was SUPER helpful. It provided all the contact information, confirmation numbers, flight numbers, transportation information, etc. that went a long way when travelling internationally.
We did Italy and Greece and her local knowledge was a huge advantage in working with her. In Greece, we stayed at an amazing hotel in Santorini directly on the marble pedestrian road that overlooked the caldera, staff there were amazing and Coleen booked everything for us down to our dinner reservations and even started us off with a nice surprise in our room upon arrival.
Italy we stayed in Praiano in the Amalfi Coast just outside Positano. Coleen knocked it out the park again! Amazing hotel, staff, and booked all of our reservations and excursions.
I can honestly say I would not have been able to put together such an amazing trip without Coleen. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"
